1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and A.P Tech Globe (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our website development and video editing services.
By engaging our services, submitting a project request, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description

Service Limitations:
Services are provided based on project specifications agreed upon in writing. Any additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges and require a separate agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client of A.P Tech Globe, you agree to:
Content and Materials
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
- Ensure all content, images, videos, and materials provided are legally owned or properly licensed
- Obtain necessary permissions for use of copyrighted materials
- Review and approve project deliverables within specified timeframes
Communication and Cooperation
- Maintain regular communication throughout the project duration
- Respond to requests for information or feedback within 48 hours
- Provide constructive and specific feedback during review phases
- Designate a primary point of contact for project communications
Legal Compliance
- Ensure all project requirements comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not request services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project
4. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- • 50% deposit required to begin work
- • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- • Large projects may have milestone payments
- • Payment terms specified in project proposal

Late Payment Policy
- • Invoices are due within 30 days
- • 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts
- • Work may be suspended for non-payment
- • Collection costs charged to client
Refund Policy
- • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
- • Refunds considered on case-by-case basis
- • Completed work is non-refundable
- • Cancellation fees may apply
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom work created specifically for their project, including:
- Custom website designs and code
- Original graphics and visual elements
- Custom video content and animations
- Project-specific written content
Company Retention Rights
A.P Tech Globe retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
- General methodologies and processes
- Template designs and reusable components
- Company proprietary tools and software
Third-Party Materials
For third-party materials used in projects:
- Client responsible for licensing fees
- Stock photos, fonts, and plugins require separate licenses
- Open-source materials used under respective licenses
- Client must ensure compliance with all licensing terms
Portfolio Rights:
A.P Tech Globe reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client confidentiality requests will be respected.
6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Delays
Client delays may extend project timeline and incur additional costs
Factors Affecting Timeline:
- Complexity and scope of the project
- Timely provision of required materials and feedback
- Number of revision rounds requested
- Third-party dependencies and integrations
- Seasonal workload and resource availability
Important Note:
While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the delivery date. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
7. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes require a new project agreement and additional payment.
8. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the project agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
A.P Tech Globe’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
10. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request. We will not share confidential information with third parties without written consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction where A.P Tech Globe is located.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where A.P Tech Globe operates. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
